broken inputs, still it sings. a laugh too early. the memory that never happened. ache of almost knowing. have you ever missed something that never existed? what if the error is the message?when did the noise start sounding like home?

personally, i do think it’s possible to miss something that never existed. I think this is why we are attracted to the other sex. We have a cellular memory that tells us we should have gonads and ovaries and this makes us have fertility.

honestly i think i once missed a parallel universe so much i cried into my cereal. it tasted like longing and cinnamon. also maybe the noise is home like an emotional dial up tone. as for gonads and ovaries… idk, i think my mitochondria just want someone to dance weird with under fluorescent lights.
